Information I may collect from you
I will generally collect and process only the following data from you:
The Information that you provide by contacting me to use my services: primarily contact details - email address, name & address, and phone number.
Your licence details for regulatory & insurance purposes, and potentially for booking Tests with the DVSA (Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency).
When you contact me to use my services I need to keep a record of that correspondence
Also records of payments and transactions made for my services, just for my accounting
How I use the information
I will only use your personal data as legally permitted. The 2 prime purposes are:

I don’t use or share your data with third parties, for marketing purposes. The only circumstances where I will disclose your personal information to third parties are:

If I’m required to by legal and/or regulatory terms set by the DVSA when I’m acting as an Approved Driving Instructor

Where I store your personal data
The data that I collect from you is not transferred to a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). I take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with regulations and this policy. Once I have received your information, I use strict procedures and security features to prevent un-authorised access. My computer systems are password protected and only accessible by me.
I will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes I collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law I have to keep basic information about my customers for tax purposes for six years after they cease being customers.
